About me, the owner
Hi. My name is Jenny but you can call me Jen. I am the owner and creator of Mommy-Layouts.com. I hope you enjoy your stay here.I started this site because I have a huge passion for kids and marriage life. I have been married for 14 years and together with my husband for 17 years. We have a 8 year old boy who we adopted. We have been through so many trying times in our lifetime that it has made us grow stronger as a couple.
The adoption process was very tiring and a long process. We started the process back in 2001 and the adoptin finally finalized in 2004. He, our son, was a year old when we received him and lived with one other set of foster parents. There are times when he just talks and starts asking questions, like he knows he was adopted. We haven't said anything to him yet. It has been the best thing to experience.
I currently work during the day a full time job only to return home and be a mom and wife. I also update the site and create some great goodies for all of you to enjoy and post.
